Who is responsible
Pacific West Estate Care is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Our owner handles privacy questions and requests at pacificwestestatecare@gmail.com or 672-238-9999.
Information and purpose
Our assessment form collects your name, phone number, email, property location and type, requested service, contact and timing preferences, and any message you choose to include. We use these details to respond, assess service availability and discuss your requested care. A community name is sufficient for an initial inquiry; a full street address is not necessary.
Submitting a request allows us to contact you about that inquiry. It does not subscribe you to marketing. Please avoid alarm codes, keys, entry instructions and precise vacancy dates; we arrange sensitive access information separately.
Delivery and service providers
FormSubmit processes the form and forwards it to our Gmail inbox. Its documentation states that submissions are archived for 30 days. Website hosting, email delivery and spam prevention providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs. These providers may process information outside Canada, where local laws may apply.
Read FormSubmit’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. Information is used to handle your inquiry, provide requested services and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell inquiry information. Sharing with a contractor for further work is arranged with you, except where disclosure is legally required or permitted.
Retention and safeguards
Inquiry messages in our inbox are separate from FormSubmit’s archive. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, deliver agreed services and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Contact us about the retention or deletion of a particular inquiry.
Website submissions use HTTPS in production. Access to inquiry information should be limited to people who need it for the purposes described here. No internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Unsubmitted form details are not saved by this website and leave the page when you reload or navigate away.
Analytics and cookies
Optional Google Analytics is off by default. If enabled for this website, it runs only after you choose to allow it. It may use cookies to measure page visits and successful inquiry submissions. Form contents, contact details and property information are not sent in our analytics events. You can change your choice through the analytics control at the bottom of the page; your browser may retain existing cookies until you clear them.
No advertising pixels have been added. Hosting, email and spam-prevention services may use their own technical logs and necessary cookies. The website platform may also require account information while the site is private.
Your choices and requests
You can request access to your personal information, ask us to correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent to future use, or raise a privacy concern using the contact details above. We may need to verify your identity and explain any legal limits on a request. Withdrawing necessary information may prevent us from completing the service you requested.
If we cannot resolve your concern, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia. We update this policy when our practices change and publish the current effective date here.
