Together, we establish the accessible areas, a property-specific checklist, the visit schedule and reporting preferences. We confirm the scope, access arrangements, communication protocol and approval limits before service begins.
Visit, observe and document
Each scheduled visit follows the agreed visual checklist. We document visible conditions, take appropriate photographs, collect mail and small parcels, and note any changes or concerns.
Keep you informed
After the visit, you receive a digital report. If something unusual is found, we contact you promptly according to the agreed protocol and recommend appropriate next steps.
Coordinate approved next steps
Where you request additional help, we arrange a separate quote and coordinate appropriate professionals. We oversee approved work as agreed and record action status so you know what is pending and what is complete.
